These twists won't be discussed as they will obviously spoil the whole book! We discussed when we had figured out the main twists, with some people figuring them out faster than others. He seemed to be blamed for a lot of things simply due to his history, which wasn't fair.Īs this is a thriller there are lots of twists. We also found that we felt very sorry for the guy living in her basement. What would you do if you saw someone being murdered through your window? We wondered how we would have reacted if we'd seen and gone through everything Anna had. We all completely understood why she was doing this, given everything she had gone through prior to the book. We felt that she was distancing herself firstly by staying in her house, but also by using a camera to look at her neighbours. She just seemed to keep doing things that were not in her best interests. We all felt very sad for the main characters. ![]()
